Orders picked up (free delivery)

If your order was collected in person, we are happy to:

  • Exchange for a different size (subject to availability), or

  • Provide a refund if the correct size isn’t available

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Please request within 30 days of collection.

Orders shipped via post or courier

The same conditions apply as above, however:

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover all shipping

  • Discounted or sale items shipped to customers are not refundable, unless faulty


πŸŽ“ Training Camp Bookings

If you need to cancel your place:

  • 50% refund if cancelled up to 2 months before the camp start date

  • If the camp is full and your spot is replaced, 90% refund

We will always try to assist wherever possible β€” please reach out to discuss your situation.


πŸƒ Services (Coaching, Testing, Sessions)

  • 75% refund if cancelled 5 days ahead of the planned session

  • Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled once at no cost

  • Late cancellations (≀48 hours) are non-refundable

  • Discounted products shipped to customers (unless faulty)
